Tried to delete the duplicates, it has now screwed up all of the balances on accounts that are completely unrelated. Opened the program, excited to add another new credit card account with chase to my chart of accounts, went ahead and added it to my accounts by linking through chase bank & plaid, only to find out that all of my existing bank accounts with chase have now been duplicated. I tried all available apps and services, and this is the best hands down. i was able to get into al of my accounts (15 in cluding robinhood and webull) in a day or two. so their at the mercy of another provider, but they address any bugs or issues in connectivity immediately. Be aware that there is no perfect financial app, because they all rely on another service to aggregate data from banking institutions. They care about the customer relationship. The response time to my emails and queries is so less than a few hours. Finally, they have superb cutomer service. Moneywiz offers three data aggregators, if one doesn't work for you, try the other. Banktivity, personal capital, or Calrity Money also don't allow you to connec to all the banking and investment institutions-totally pointless for a financial app. Quicken is slow and doesn't support all my bank accounts. There are a lot of services like this but none that function flawlessly. My priorty was to use an app that downloads all my financial accounts and gives me a full picture of what i have and what is happening. I don’t want to know what my bank thinks I have I need to work off of what I will have when all my bills and pending transactions are paid! But if you are financially savvy (I’m not) there are tons of features that can help you track investments etc. I don’t use any of the fancier features like syncing with my bank. I have never been able to keep track of my funds using a check register and I have found MoneyWiz to be totally reliable and I depend on it. So, their customer service is outstanding. When I let them know that I wanted to switch, they immediately refunded my money and I went ahead and got MoneyWiz 21. Unfortunately, MoneyWiz 21 is only available in IOS, but I can use it on my phone and tablet, just not on my PC, and for me, that was the best choice. They suggested that I get MoneyWiz 21, which is an annual subscription, but would allow me to integrate the two categories. They responded almost immediately that I could not do so in that version. I found that to be confusing and emailed them to see if there was any way to integrate the two. I recently upgraded to MoneyWiz 3 so I could use it on my new PC, but was upset that the newer version separated my pending and cleared transactions. Im also a new Robinhood user and having your brokerage linked to Moneywhiz 21 is super slick. Get this app you wont regret it!!! Im actually excited about goals and budgets again! P.S. That happened several times back in the day. I remember Banktivity being so complicated and you never knew when a glitch would occur during sync and you'd have to wipe it out and start over. Also when you open it on a Mac it looks identical to your phone. I played with it for a week with a mockup of my account and budgets and man was I stoked about how simple and intuitive it is!! It also runs like a dream on my new iphone 13. I dowloaded the app and to my surprise it gives you the ability to try the app in demo mode before subscribing. Bankitivity used to pride itself on looking like Apples aesthetics. It looked clean but complicated compared to what I was used to. At first glance of Moneywhiz 21 I was a little intimidated. After reading all the poor reviews of Banktivities newest software I started looking for an alternative. I recently had my banktivity software crash on me and become unusable and my software was outdated and obsolete. Former iBank/Banktivity user of 10 years here.
